What will the Self-Kindness Course do for you?

 

If you are fed up of feeling worn out, stressed and at odds with your body then this course is for you. I have designed this course to help you feel like yourself again by tapping into your needs and honouring them. It’s a 6-week course designed to support you in being kinder to yourself because you do matter.

At the end of this six week course You will:

Be able to understand your why (MOFA) and how to anchor this so that you stay motivated towards your wellness goals.
Embrace your body's natural energy rhythms to help you thrive.
Understand and appreciate the integral role your hormones play in your health and wellness.
Understand the stress cycle and how to break it.
Set healthy boundaries for yourself so that you no longer sacrifice your wellbeing.
Embrace the art of Self-care and Self-Kindness. That it's not selfish it's a necessity.
Learn to tame the inner critic and celebrate your strengths.

I burnt out at 35. It was my darkest hour.

I’m Kelly the Self-Kindness Coach, passionate about changing the way you perceive yourself and your body.  I will empower you to be kinder to yourself so that you can thrive in a way that works for you.

What has brought me here is a long battle with Endometriosis and the impact this has had on both my mental and physical health.

I didn’t understand how my body worked, in fact, I saw my body as a hindrance.

I hated feeling exhausted all the time and the inner critic was always present.  I also had this belief that I needed to work around the clock to be successful. I believed that taking time out for me was selfish and that I did not deserve the kindness I so freely gave to others. 

Well, this kind of thinking led me to burn out at the age of 35 in a big way. It was my darkest hour, but something that taught me a lot with a key lesson being “Your greatest asset is you”, so you deserve to be kind to yourself.  Your body has a unique way of telling you what you need at any given time, if only you would listen.

I’m now here to empower you to do just that. Are you ready to do something for you? Are you ready to put yourself on your priority list?

6 x Weekly Videos

Each week you will receive a video sent directly to your inbox providing all the information you will need for that week’s topic and exercises designed to support you on your wellbeing journey. You will then have access to the videos to look back on or to catch up on when you can.

Downloadable action worksheets

Each week you will have the opportunity to put what you have learnt into action. To support you with this there will be an opportunity to download worksheets that are designed to support you on your wellness journey.

Access to a supportive online community

When the course commences you will also gain access to a private Facebook group where you will be able to meet others who are on their own wellness journey. This will be a space where you can reach out for support, gain accountability and have access to me as your own Self-Kindness Coach.

Weekly community coaching sessions

Each week you will have the opportunity to join in on a 30 minute community coaching session based on that week’s topic. Here you will be joined by fellow group participants and together I will support you all in exploring anything that is coming up for you that week, including obstacles and how you can overcome this.
