Why do I love Health and Wellness Coaching?

Well, that’s a great question. Coaching itself is something I discovered about 9 years ago when I was looking to talk to someone about my own personal development. I was feeling somewhat stuck at the time, with lots of ideas on how I wanted to develop my career but not much confidence in terms of pursuing it.

Straight after my very first coaching session, not only did I recognise the positive impact having such a conversation could have on me, I also knew this was what I wanted to do.

My coaching journey commenced and I feel extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to support some amazing individuals over the years on various issues and subjects. There is something very rewarding about witnessing someone grow and thrive through the art of coaching.

Health Coaching came onto my radar after my own health both physically and mentally took a nosedive. My health journey taught me one very big and valuable lesson being that health matters, without it what have we got? I spent far too long before this just working, working and working with very little regard to how I was feeling and what my body was telling me. This was a mistake on my part and I’ve since fully embraced the importance of looking after one’s health.

I now help others on their own health journey, supporting women to beat fatigue and harness their hormonal health. As a health coach, I support these women in becoming experts in their own health. Together we work to create sustainable lifestyle habits that work for them and their life. Habits that allow them to feel amazing, full of energy and confidence.

There is no better feeling than to be able to support someone else grow and flourish health-wise. There is no better feeling than motivating someone to make positive lifestyle changes that will not only support them now but also in the long run. There is no better feeling than witnessing someone step into their own power and thrive.
